So my husband talked to an mp regarding my case because i have heard nothing since february and the mp said that it might take a year more..he said u might hear something in march 2015..this got me soo depressed..havent even received a remed request yet..should i use any pakistani contacts here to enquire from the islamabad embassy or it will have a bad effect on my case..

Honestly, that's what my MP said too in September .. he's like the processing time is 32 months so basically shut up and be patient .. and here I am with a remed request after 14 months of file transfer.. I wouldn't take it to heart.

I wouldn't do that. I would order GCMS notes.

Helo. Plz do not listen to these stupid mps. These guys r sick heads. Ur 32 months will be completing in bov 14 how come he is sayinf march 15? Dont listen to him.
Secondly in pak...there is only one thing tht works...REFERENCE! if tgere is anyone who can tell u abt ur case..go for it.

I read your on line message here, plz read my time line. I am in Canada. my case has been accepted in may 2013 as a protected person, then I applied for PR file in office of vigreville (Ca) on date June 14, 2013. I received AOR first week of july 2013. eligibility for pr approvedon date 13 nov. 2013 and reveived a letter from CIC. cic also inform me that now submit some forms + family file in Islamabad pak. then on 1 week of Dec 2013 my wife + 3 kids submitted her file in Islamabad high commission . but I am still waiting for aor . I hope my this message will help you. best of luck.

The Following Procedures has been done with our Family Case, As Wife i Sponsored Husband & Three Children ( less than 22 age )

1 2008 Application Filled,
2 2009 DNA TEST Done,
3 2009-2012 Background Check ( Security Check ) Done,
4 2013 Medical Check Done,
5 2013 Interview Done,
6 Passport request for Visa Not yet Done,
7 Passport sent for Visa Not Yet Done,
8 Passport received not yet Done,

Its IMM 5476, it means someone has sent ISM LVO the form requesting ( with authorization ) to be representative on file so all communication goes to them
Did you hire a lawyer or ask family member to do this for you?

I have submitted my passport in the mid of dec now i m packing my stuff i have arnd 100 kg extra how can i take those stuff...i ask pia they told me i can only carry 2 baggage of 23 kg plus 1 extra after paying Rs.11000...what should i do?and can anyone tell me from where i can get empty boxes to paked my stuff of 62 inches dimension (Altogether L×H×W)...i m living in karachi.. PIA call center guy told me that if i m taking boxes then the dimension should not be more than 62 inches...plz guide in this matter...

Thanks for the answer bro. Yeah I did submit PCC when I submitted my application along with med exam. I didnt know that CIC might not ask for another PCC. I filled application on July 2012 and it was approved on Oct 2012.Then med request on Dec 31th 2013.

sallaam that's good if they don't ask u wit ur medical than u don't have to worry about anything do it when they ask u maybe they ll ask u when ppr or maybe not but for now u don't have to worry about anything and yea do u inform cic isb about ur address change?
