can anybody guide me how i can order gcms notes i sponsored my wife feb 2013 till now nothing i heared .

I am so happy as my wife got an email from CHC Islamabad on January 2nd, 2013 for sending them updated forms IMM008, 5490, 5406,5669 and also the police certificates. They did not ask for medical. Will they send the medical soon?

Let me explain my situation, I applied in 2008 and went back to Pakistan to meet my wife and son and stayed there for three 3 years and in between chc lost my file and blamed me(I was Citizen at this point), I applied again in 2012 July so in total three medicals are done already and in my last GCMC notes in Nov 26,2013(Email rcv date) it says Medical exempt based on EDE (Allah knows best) so now they sent me response today email rcvd around 730 am Calgary time.

Sad part is, in 2008 processing time was 6 months.

Last medical expired date according to GCMC notes is July 2013.

At times, they are working on that criteria, but don't change the main headings (for whatever reason). The number "1" (from what i have learned reading gmcs notes forums) means passed or satisfactory. Maybe they didn't get around doing the whole things just completed or checked some parts. It's like ecas, for some people there are updates and for other (such as me) it hasn't changed since day 1.

one question... when did ur file came to isl from Ottawa ?? I know u got approval in july 2012 but when actually it got transferred to isl , do u know ?

Can't really predict when you will get remedical. I remember, my spouse got her remedical after 8 months from expiry date. No idea, why it took that long, i guess it depends on visa officers mood.

So than I shouldn't worry so much because my husband's medical expired in Nov 2012 and still awaiting for a remedical request.

Visa Officers are moody as I felt that when I applied for TRV in 2011 and they denied it without even reading our file.
They like to play with our lives as if this is a just a game for them.

i sponser my husband from colombo srilanka, processing office is colombo.
we filled representative for so i am the representatv from canada.
our online says, started processing > medicl recvd> decsin made.
we sent email to the office, they replid

"we sent a letter to him by deplomatic bag to his mailing address in canada"

actualy he is srilanka, he never been in canada.

pls advice me anyboday have experience
