hey reflectoman! i have noticed that you have quite an impressive attention to details and analyse situations quite well, when do u think isl office will get done iwth the remaining 2011 nov dec cases???

im guessing MP doesnt charge anything if we ask them to look in to our case. right?

yes you should send them extra proof, they woudnt open your file for next couple of months, so u have a bit of time to compile everything properly, also attach your boarding pass n ticket to show you have come back to canada. dont wait for them to ask for anything as it will add a couple of months to your process, you want the additional proofs to be attached to your file by the tim ethey open it, n not when they open it n ask u for additional documents n put ur file on a bfd for stuff u already have compiled.

can it be send as scan documents via email or should i send via post also i am sponsoring my wife should i be sending or my wife should send all these documents .

yaaar for gcms notes, if the husband is in Pakistan and the wife wants to apply for them should she write her name or her husband's name? the form is pretty confusing :S .. and it should be applied after an year ehh?

he doesnt know anything yaaar. the only thing he said tht made sense to me was tht it takes longer from Pakistan and all is because Canada doesn't believe in their background checks and cross checks them.

i dunno about sending proof via scanning them n emial, its a relatively new thing tht they r trying,remds thru emails, and keeping documents in ottawa and sending electronic copies to isl, i will suggest u do the regular thing, mail them the stuff use a courier, and dsnt matter who sends the stuff, i normally send our stuff cause my husband is very busy and it wont do any good if i nag him all the time

Hey, who is your MP if you don't mind me asking. I've heard a lot of mixed things about MPs. It's just hit or miss.
