CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

hi all,

i have applied for ma husband's sponsorship i have gotten ma UCID through email ..does dat mean they have sent me Acknoledgement letter through mail???...they received my letter on september 12, 2012 and medical has been received
since then no response from them ...i m worried

I just fail to understand why arent applicants who have already crossed one year inquiring abt their file

My file was transferred on July 18th last year so once I cross my one year mark, I will definitely make an inquiry. Its so hard to call an agent on the CIC help line. I called today and the line kept on disconnecting as they were too busy. I am going to try first thing tomorrow morning.

yes this is your acknowledgement email. Now you have entered stage 2 where CIC is going to work on your spouse's application for permanent residency

i used eithad airline from chicago to karachi it was very nice,,even with 1.5 year old

Question.

I will ask my spouse to just print and sign pages where signature are required in Pak and mail it back with other documents. I will print the rest of the application pages here. Now, would it make a difference in page size or can you find "legal size" paper in Pak as well? I am trying to avoid printing everything in PK because that will just make the DHL envelope heavier.

Has anyone done the same before?

yes that's exactly what i did, but the paper size was different so i had to trim them, but make sure you complete the application first and then send the pdf file or that specific page which need signature.

Sorry I meant "letter" size which is 8.5 x 11 inches, can we not find this in Pak?

i think if you mention the paper size, i hope they should be able to do it. one more suggestion print it on the laser printer instead of ink jet.
