It is recommended to stay 2-3 months in Pakistan with newborn. CIC is very picky about using canadian "healthcare" and spending prolonged periods of time in different countries. I personally know a canadian citizen who had a baby and went to pakistan for a bit over 6 months and CIC gave them a hard time regarding their spousal sponsership file. To be safe 2-3 months is good.

dear members last week i was having trouble to open my e-case entering my uci # with my information and even with my husband's file # with his information it was not showing up but today i checked my e-case with my uci # and under sponsorship application status it is showing in process although in october i received an approval email from ottawa and in november it was showing decision made and i received a letter of approval stating that my file is being sent to islamabad but now after updating their website they change it into in process but in my husbands e case its still showing application received i wonder why they changed "decision made" status into "in process" is there any member with the same issue? or did it happen to anyone e case?

I have the same issue. Now after 2 weeks my e case is starting. And under sponsorship application status it is changed by them "decision made " into "In process". But when I click on it there is added one line when they started to work on my file. And under permanent residence status it is still showng up
"Application received ".

Qatar airways service was so amazing all the time enertaining and giving snacks and Food was amazing too. Fedup of palak chicken of PIA lolzz.

Zindigi Allah kay hath mein hein but lately I and my family are worried when I travel through PIA so they forced me to take Qatar airways and I am happy i choose it :)

I today met the Hon. Prime Minister Steven Harper & had chit chat with Hon. Jason Kenney.
We discussed immigration, he has advised me that changes are coming to shorten the time
for spousal cases in ISB,

Changes will be implemented by end of year 2013 as per our conversation.

Hope this helps.

salam guys, I hope everyone are doing great,
so today I checked my ecase and when I entered my wife info it said Application received and then DECISION MADE ( I think its about stage one decision) then I checked ecase using my info and it said Application received and MEDICAL RECIVIED.
so it this normal to or is it going fast? we filled our app in January and got stage one clearance in February and cic sent letter on 14th February.
and by medical received it means my file has researched ISL?

Thats okay.. thats how it is and for Isl..the file maybe in Ottawa cuz they tell us they r sendin it to Isl bt hold on to it in Ottawa

Allah has perfect timing; never early, never late. It takes a little patience and it takes a lot of faith. But it’s worth the wait. Always stay positive :)

Dear Naqibee,

thank you to motivate us for being positive :)
