It is IME number on medical information sheet, tell your spouse to go back to doctor and ask for confirmation, once he receive you will find all the details and you can send scan copy of it to your MP.

thanks for ur quick reply. he has already called them twice, they said send all of ur detail including copy of the email which mp sent u? She said then we will find out dat we misplace ur medical or is this LVO fault. My husband asked them dat wt is UMI number and the lady said i dont know, i only know the UCI number. Soo we will email them tomorrow. My MP will also send them receipt by tomorrow. Just pray for us, we r sick of this processing. Its 2011 case and still we r waiting.

I have IME number on medical form, but LVO send us that form, so they should have IME number. Funny thing is dat if they didnt recieved medical results, y did they send us ppr1 how some1 can expect after getting ppr1 dat his medical results has not been recieved :-[

applied july-2012
sponsorship approved september-2012
2nd medical in jan-2014
decision made on 01-december-2014

it,s been 29 months since i applied for sponsorship of my wife. i have lovely son of 18 months old he got his Canadian passport already. but i am still waiting for passport request ever since decision made. it,s been more than one month decision is made.
