After sponsor approval, file is transfered to London/Islamabad for applicant processing. At the moment, there is no definiate time. Islamabad used to be 32 months, however, that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

As for the CSQ (quebec certificate) you can apply for that after cic sponsor approval. Just fill out their documents and send them the approval email you got from cic Mississauga.

what is the next step once file is received in Mississauga and how long does it take for them to tell us file has been approved and now Quebec selection can be done? Would they be telling us via email, should I keep checking my emails? Or by any other method?

Did any of the 2013 applicants also got this London transfer email today? Or only the 2012 applicants got that?

I have submitted my application for husband spousal case for sponsorship on 2nd may 2013 and my application was transferred to Islamabad on 23rd may 2013. It has been a year and now I received an email on 19 June 2014, that says my application has been transferred to London (UK). Can anyone of you please tell me will my case processing time be according to London (11 months) or it would be considered same as Islamabad (32 months) processing time. Is this means that my case processing center has been changed to London.
should I take this email as a good news.
I would appreciate any suggestions on this.
