Its called LVP, they will give it to you in 20 working days (which is a month).

You can apply at the local CHC-I embassy or at any VAC

You will need to sumbit a passport application (LVP) along with parentage proof and a ticket reservation

Fee of 103 dollors canadian.

Hey guys, i applied for my Sons Citizenship certificate which will take 8-10 months. but now i want to apply for his Passport so he can come here with me early. someone mentioned here its called LVO PP? or something. like u apply in advance before citizenship certificate and they give u within a month? Can i get more info on it? how to apply and what i need to submit?

Hey, We just got our PPR 1 from London Office!! its a July 2012 wife case.. so there is a form and i think they requested a copy of her passport as well. Can anyone let me know what to do? email London with ppr copy and the form? am a bit confused over excited !!

Am I the only one who haven't got PP2 request even after a month's time? I am really concerned as My PPR1 came on May 07, 2014. And MY MP said that the bring-forward date on my file was June 1st, 2014. Is there anyone else out there waiting as me for PP2?

i think ppr 2 should not be too late have you send TCS?

I guess CIC is transferring the files/cases from ISBD (the old ones) and the Mississauga (the new ones) all to LVO but in different batches to avoid putting extra ordinary burdon upon LVO staff .
Remember the LVO staff has to deal with alot of their own cases too.
So in short the cases which are near to completion would be dealt from ISBD whereas all the rest and the new ones are and will be transferring to LVO.
Hope for the best and plz pray for me too.

I think s/he was referring to the due date, not the notes themselves on a whole.

stay calm and relax the interviewer was very helpful and usually the interview is just to see if the relationship is genuine or not fill out the forms, take the police certificate and passport copies, with wedding pictures
my wife's interview was done in 15 mins and it was super easy, she said they were just chatting

Good to hear that they conduct interview in such a light mood. Our is a Nikkah case thats why I am bit worried.

Did they take your passport after the interview for the visa ?? If yes, then when they will return your passport with visa ?
