Don' t get me wrong but u should think twice before you say so many things.
We are also living in Canada for last twenty years and have seen alot of changes and also we are changed according to the Canadaian Laws. For sure abiding laws is the best thing. But the law also states that never say something that is not true.
What I mentoined in my post that there is a husband case which is processed in 11 months recently is as true as I am writing this post now.
It does not matter how much anyone or you insist/probe me to add another 10 months to make it 21 months. In CIC there are so many out of the blues cases. Some are process in 11 months and others still in process after 44 months( the micmac case)
So plz from now on wards plz dont under estimate other forum members as a matter of maintaining their self respect and in result yours too.

Yes you are 100% right.

Its 2:21 am in the moring here and I am reading this forum and getting happy to see members getting responses from CIC.
Reading this forum gives a hope that our cases are almost finishing.
Our lives are becoming miserable without our spouses.
And if other members on this forum start insulting their fellow members then like Micmac many of us will stop responding on the forum. This is surely not good as the purpose of this forum is to educate each other and help each other in this difficult time .

did u got your baby's passport from chc isb yet?

I guess 2 years wouldn't be that bad only if they kept you updated. Its this darkness and uncertainty the kills us.

Some examples:

*Inconsistent ecas updates
*CIC call center agents failures
*No email responses
*Mp failures
*Unable to go to embassy for questions
*no timeline protocol
*no first come first serve procedure
*Visa officer inconsistency
*Incompetent high commission


Its these things that causes stress. You paid over a $1000 dollors for a service, which you don't get. That causes stress.

I have a question with Naqibee and Colors fading they both received remedicl request in Dec 2013 like me i want to ask Did yours Ecase changed to in inprocess ??? or still it shows as medical received...? both of your file is in london or islamabad?

It seems like Nov 2011 cases are getting wrapped up finally which is great news! Hopefully December 2011 applicants are next in line.
