Buddy, I thought you were the one preaching for "freedom of speech" on the forum, so let the users be however they please to be. If they like asking repetitive questions, let them.
"freedom of speech"....nope that wasn't me.

Canadian-born children do not need to be sponsored to Canada. There is not really any need to add them to the file.

Not sure why it's so hard for you to understand that. A Canadian child does not need to be processed by CIC.

Exactly thats what i was thinking too. The thing is first off islamabad already had all this info passport copy and birth certificates i just dont understand why london emailed me to resend them. The first part of the email doesnt apply to me i followed the second part. Any how i emailed them this morning so i hope i hear good news from them soon. my wife just received this email from Islamabad today :

"Please ask your sponsor to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) and mail the RPRF receipt to: CPC Mississauga, P.O. Box 6100, Station A, Mississauga, ON, Canada L5A 4H4. If this receipt is not mailed to CPC-Mississauga we cannot confirm the payment to continue processing. Right of Permanent Residence Fee must be paid for yourself and/or accompanying spouse, common-law partner (N.B. - no dependent children of any age pay RPRF)."

my question do I have to actually mail the receipt as mentioned in the email or can I email it to Islamabad and Ottawa?
