My documents were received on 27th Jan 2015 (a/c to courier service).Can anyone tell me how long do they take to open application package, as online status is showing no record? I am entering IMM5401 receipt number as identification type.

you wont be able to access ECAS until you get sponsorship approval (i.e. stage 1 completion). Processing time of Stage 1 varies , updated weekly, currenlty it is 89 days on an average..
so wait 3 months, once you get the sponsor approval, u will get the file number and UCI, then you can login...

so just be pateint for now and pray for smooth run...

Can anyone tell me what's the next logical step here? My ecas was updated on Feb 3rd stating, a decision has been made and will VO will contact my spouse but today is the 12th (more than a week) and no email/letter has been sent. Who should I contact? What should I do? Please help.

just donot contact anyone..you will be contacted soon by EMAIL by the LVO (This is coz your visa goona stamped in ISB, and london transferring info to ISB meanwhile)...so a liitle more patience and you will be great!!

what are the ways to cancel spouse's PR card? is there any way i can cancel my husband's PR? my husband came here in May 2013.. and i tried to adjust with him but he just used me to come Canada and now its hard for me to live with him but i want to cancel his PR (the reason he married me) before i file divorce

if u filled before oct 2012 then logically no way..but still u can report this to immigration and citizenship department
