Yes u r right. I consulted that issue to my family and according to them Its not a big deal. I am his spouse and at the same time I am the sponsor and Citizen of Canada. So it should not be an issue. I'll update if CHC arised any issue (Inshallah they will not).

My husband sent his passport on Dec 12,2013 received by CHC on the 14th. Up till now no news. Waiting anxiously

My e-case changed to in-process on Dec 6th. Any idea when to expect any kind of communication from CHC-ISB?

Can anyone help me with the following issue?
My husband received re-med + ppr on Dec 10, 2013. He did his re-med on Dec 16 and sent his pp to CHC with phep form on Dec 17, 2013.
On phep form my husband mistakenly put my info in the spouse column. Is it a big mistake?
Will it cause a delay or create confusion for VO?

Congratulations! In Sha Allah when your baby is born please submit bc and long form to CHC. (You may already know this so sorry for repeat). This will help your case or so I've been told.

I'm also Canadian and had my baby 16 months ago in Canada... but brought her to PK when she was 2 months old to see her daddy because the TRV that we had applied for prior to her birth was declined

Oh sis I tought u did ruksati recently as u were interview queue, in shaa Allah u will be reunite with ur spouse soon. My prayer with all genuine relations. Just imagine how much its painful 2-3 yrs to be away from ur spouse.
Due some fraud people we facing long wait.

Yes he entered his info into applicant column and also entered mine into spouse column. So that shouldn't be an issue for CHC-I.
Can you plz share ur timeline?
