CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Salam all, just a quick note to you all to let you know my MP is getting ready to do a Battle with CIC Islamabad on the way the do things there. They are frustrated to no end the length of time it takes to process application and want to know if its Canadian Visa Officers or Pakistani I mean no offence in this as t was their words. Who are working on files or what and why the delay to even open them as my MP said this is taking valuable time away from Married Couples. They said you pay a large fee not for them to pile the applications in a corner and to not be going over in the beginning. Like with us it took 3 years to find out the marriage was not properly registered by that lawyer. They are so angry that I felt like well about time someone sees the light In Sha Allah.

I pray we will hear good news soon In Sha Allah as Allah knows our hearts were pure in the marriage from then until now and its others making a fool of us...... Please I beg of you all to keep us in all your prayers as we do for all of you May Allah bless us all with a faster process In Sha Allah

Salam brother, I tried to post you earlier but the page wasn't going anywhere sorry for the delay.
If I was you I would contact CIC Islamabad and notify them immediately of your new daughter so she can be included in the processing also call the call centre and they can help you in the area of Citizenship for your daughter. Since she was born there she must get a passport made by Mom and all this stuff. It you had Canadian Citizenship they would do it another way but still all will go fine I'm sure. I pray that Allah helps you in all this In Sha Allah

As far as I remember you have to sign on confirmation of permenant residence paper in front of the immigration officer in Canada. Please do confirm from others as well.

Being an human ,MP has sympathy with us/Pakistani BUT nothing will happened, MP has no right to interfere the working of Canadian Immigration department.

as i posted earlier my husband received request for supp forms and police clearance and my question is where do we send them to: islamabad or CPC ottawa? and do we need to attach along upto date documents such as phone bills/emails/skype to show proof of on-going communication?

your help is much appreciated
