Got my ATIP notes back.

The only things worth mentioning are:

Under medical, due date is: 2013/Oct/16
Eligibility assessment due date : 2013/Oct/22

Hmmm... InshaAllah U going to hear some good news from CHC soon...

I am a dec 2011 applicant have heard nothing .. every day i wait ... and evry day passes away

hahhahahh yeah U r right .... evn one of my family member asked me what activity going on now a days... i replied the same "waiting for Visa every Day...." hahhahh

Its being horrible fun..

Now m thinking that if the govt n ppl of Canada r not thinking tht bcoz of them how much our relations going bitter... so what kind of the ppl thy r...? those r very civilized n sophesticated for thr own country n ppl but hv no worth of the relations of ppl of Pakistan....

my wife's case was transferred to Islamabad embasssy in june 2012

since then no re medical or anything
i got a letter from ottawa processing centre few days ago , they sent my original Nikah Nama back
are they processing my case in Ottawa or in Pakistan, i sent them an email but no reply yet
i want to know for Remedical for my wife's , do they send a letter through mail or email ?? to my (spouse) or do they send it to my email adress aswell , can't trust mail in Pakistan...

so if some one has applied under this time frame please let me know if your case is approved or still pending thanks

my husband has also received our original nikah nama few days bak... my case was filed in jan 2012 and aor was receivd in april 2012... since then v heard nothing! not even a remed request!!
this is the only thing that happend since the past 20 months!!

I read a couple of pages back that u can't live more than two months out of Canada but I hv a frend who moved back for two years to Karachi to live with her husband and recently got ppr..can anybody shed some list on this matter.thanks.

acc to my knowledge there is no prob living here if u r a canadian citizen, but if u r a permanent resident only then u hav to be careful .....

How do you know that you are in interview queue? Did you order gcms notes?

I got to know through lawyer n Mp tht case is in queue... i ordered GCMS but did get any reply...

I would suggest you to apply GCMS Notes again. Only then you will be able to see a clear picture about your immigration file.

yea after completion of 24th month (If nothing done till thn, Allah na kary..... !!) i'll apply again...
I wish with in this 24th month i recv positive update from CHC... Aamennn...!!

It takes approx 30 days. If no reply, your probably made a mistake somewhere...

We have a lawyer (DAShhh--------), he did not support for GCMS n denied to order himself...: @ so we applied by ourselves n thr wer 99% chances of not receiving any reply coz representative didn't do that...

Sponsor should apply gcms notes and should attach your consent form. it can be applied online.. process is easy.. did you miss any requirement?
