Actually our file was sitting in interview queue sense June 2012 that's what we found in GCMS notes which we order last year.
As soon I relies that I sent them again lots of proofs. Then I went to pk and take my wife for trip to turkey.
I came back in March 2013 from pk and send them again lots of Pictures even one with :-* kissing :-* proof and copy of passports. After all this they believe our relationship is real and they remove our file from interview queue and as a result today we received remedial.
We have issue regarding my wife name change right 2 days before our Nika everything legal but just in rush that's what trigger red flag that's why I take my wife outside of Pakistan and now they believe her Id is genuine.
So, I strongly recommend to all of you order you note so you can aware if any issue is there.
and don't forget to send them :-* Kissing :-* photo lol

PS: i wanted my name change after shaadi, but my hubby made sure i don't do it jst cause of the delay it might cause. So yes tip for newbies.

Hello I hav a question

I have sponsored my husband. App filed Oct 2011. Right now i m visiting him in Pak. Is it ok to order gcmc notes right now or should I order them when I return to canada? Another thing I have an immigration consultant so is it ok if I order the notes myself?

As much I know you should be in Canada for order the notes or someone can order Notes on behalf of you whom is Canada.
No more ordering from outside Canada I guess.
It's doesn't matter if you order by yourself or by your consulted.

I am more active than you think and I care more than you can imagine... please use proper wordings or read previous posts before starting making comments on people cases....

I was told through an email on May 2012 that my case is in interview queue. Since I had no clue that its a bad sign I was happy that my case is at least moving forward. But after doing more research and joining this form, I realized being in a queue is actually bad. So I went to visit my hubby again in Jan 2013 and send them loads of proof of me visiting including pics, receipts etc (this inclused everything from my visit June 2012 as well as Jan 2013).... I send this package in feb 2013... I have recently ordered ATIP and waiting for their response. My MP cant really help me as I have a lawyer. I hope this gives you an idea of how much I care and if still doesn't, it doesn't matter to me as I am not here to prove anything to any body.

Thanks for your reply. Well I am asking about ordering online. Someone told me that i should have a canadian mailing address for that...which I have. I just wanted to know if i can order them online during my stay. But maybe I should wait?

How do I know for sure when was my app was transfered to Islamabad? My app was submitted to mississauga on aug 4 2011. End of oct 2011 I was told that its been approved for spousal visa. When does my 29 months starts? From aug or nov2011 ?

Again making my self clear. As to me it appears you cant read properly or having problem understanding what I am trying to explain to u. I was not looking for any one's help when I posted " i am also waiting since aug 2011". I only showed u attitude when u behaved like an arrogant person. You dont have to reply to every single post. there is difference between a comment and a question. when some one looks for help they say "hey i am looking for this can you help" etc so stop replying to ppl posts when they r not looking for ur comment. If u r younger than me then u should focus on ur career/studies instead of waisting ur time here reading ppl's posts and replying to them even when u r not asked to. I think you should start using fb/twitter if u like posting comments for no reason. If I will need any one help I will ask.
