CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Hi Guys,

I have a question from Newly landed members .
When we will land in canada ,Shall we need to fill the application for permanent residence card (IMM-5444E) Or not?
I m confused if it is so then is'nt it better is pre-filled this form for ease while lading.

Prompt response would be appreciated.

Following is Sponsorship Timeline

December 2010 (Marriage in Canada)
April 2011 (Submit papers to CIC Mississauga)
May 2011 (File sent to CHC Islamabad)
September 2011 (Some forms were requested by CHC)
April 2012 (Telephone Bills, Western Union Receipts etc requested by CHC)
September 2012 (My Canadian passport copy and documents proving residency in Canada requested)
December 2012 (CHC started working on application)
Jan 2013 ( Re-medical requested. medical done mid Jan. Medical received End of Jan)
Feb 20, 2013(PPR and passport sent in Feb 25, 2013)
Waiting for passport.

I applied in Oct 2010
They had sent a form with links for me to download and fill out but I did not know about these sent forms for 7 months. Once I found out about it I completed the forms and questionaires and sent them in end of April 2012.
June 2012 my case went to In Process
My wife did her remedical and sent her passport in September 2012.
CHCI said they will issue passport once baby was born|
Jan, 2012 baby was born
Feb 28- Medical Recieved and Case was finalized

With the grace of almighty Allah my e_cas status has been change into decision made...currently im n the class.when I see change in my status I totaly got really shocked and told everyone....thx from my all friends and their supports..love u all my dear brothers ane sisters...I pray that all of u get a good news soon inshallah

brothers and sisters Assalam Alaikum,

plz guide me as my wife's case from islamabad started Aug 2010. remedical is done Sep 2012 and passports been sent Nov 2012. but they are still saying that its been waiting for confirmation from New delhi office.

is the medical lost? what happens at these type of situations. i have tried every thing. i have confirmed it with IOm . and yes it has been sent the next day in sep 2012 to new delhi. they provided me the DHL tracking number.

its been 3 years ...im going insane with all this.

I seriously pray that you get your passport back with the visa stamped really soon!! Inshaa Allah!
