I sent request email on Nov 21. I took into consideration this time the due date for the various checks they do, so hopefully this time there will be a lot more progress and information...

Guys just to let you know that when we want to write "IF ALLAH SWT WILL"
We should not write insha'allah or InshaAllah because it means "Create Allah" (naozobil lah) Arabic or English. Please make sure we write it properly as "In Shaa Allah" (in 3 separate words) this means "If Allah swt Wills"

you may be right ..... i dont find my self in a position of giving a judgment about it

but i don't think there is any set of rules while your writing arabic using roman alphabets
do let me know if there is a reference to it or if any of you can please ask MR Dr. NAIK to give a reference to what you just said ....... so it may guide us in right direction.

but if only reference is that some doctor figured that out on his own then i am sorry ....... i personally am not willing beleave someone just because they are doctor, peer, mukhdoom or pope

this is the problem sister ..... we are not translating here we are just using roam alphabet to write something that is actually arabic .... and since there are rule that we have to follow .... i think as long as you can understand its ok ..... unless there is a set of rules that i dont know about

Did you email them or contact your MP? your background checks must be underway and they required your PCC during the checks.......

yeah we did enquiry through MP last weeks. they said we send out Letter ( REPCC) on 11 september..i got it on 25 and send them back on 28. it is going to be 2 months that i send Repcc but still they said we send out letter...dont know what is going on

please see below instructions for ordering notes - let me know if you have any other questions

This is how a sponsor can apply CAIPS and GCMS. The sponsor has to fill and send these two forms,

1 - Form name IMM5475E
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

- left side of the form is your spouse information (they should also sign the bottom) and right side of the form is sponsor information)

2 - Form name IMM5563E
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

- select “Access to information Act” for q1
- select electronic files ONLY
- DO NOT select physical files (this can delay your case)
- Enter your information in last section (sponsor)


You have to make the payment of $5 before you send the form, and get the receipt number and add the copy of the receipt as the proof of the payment with your application.

Below is the link to make the online payment. You have to click Continue, Continue and select Access to Information.

yea I had heard of this too on facebook, and I was thinking about the same.. That there aren't any formal rules of writing it in roman english. Some people write IA, to mean in sha Allah, and maybe "Ia" means something else in another language. But we all know what we mean.

But ofcourse it's better to be on the safe side with these things. Although did dr naik even say this or is it just someone who took a picture of him and added some text.

Im principal applicant and my husband has sponsored me. When I am checking my ECAS from my file number after entering my information, mailing address is the same as that of my husband that is his permanent address of Canada. Should it be my address where I am living or is it fine?
