we r the same timeline but i didnt get PPR yet can u tell me how does CHC send PPR to applicant in Afghanistan through TCS or local post ? because my online status shows my home address not mail box address now

my file transfered to Islamabad in May 2012 n its husband case n the onine statues shows Application Recieved and medical result has been revceived too n now waiting for my PPR. wat abut urs?

we recieved the letter asking for ruksati proofs in September 2012 as well. we have submitted everything on 27th september still haven't heard from CIC. I have ordered GCMS notes & i'm waiting for it.. My hubby's medical has been expired since march 2012, CIC didn't ask him for remed yet...

I have a friend who recieved an objection letter asking for ruksati after nine months of file transfer. She sent everything within 1 month and her hubby got the visa stamped after 9 months. So, it took her case 18 months. My case is different because we recieved objection letter after 15 months of file transfer. CIC is such a turtle...

we also had received rukhsati proof letter in april 2012(app filed date june 2011) ,we had sent all proof and pics in april 2012,received remed + ppr on 29th sep 2012.(after 5 months)

i would like to share some details of my case.

applied.............July 2011
file transfer.......Sep 2011
AOR(Supp form and proof of communication)...........June 2012
sent the requested information.............................June 2012
Sent email to CHC..............................................Aug 2012
Received reply from CHC......................................Nov 2012

In the reply they have stated that my file is in queue for interview.Now i'm waiting for interview date.

Fill out the two forms listed below; IMM5475E has to be filled out by your spouse in Pakistan (Ask him/her to fill it out, sign it, and then scan it back to you).

1 - Form name IMM5475E


2 - Form name IMM5563E


You have to fill out IMM5563E.

Pay the fee online with your credit card, here:

CIC will e-mail you the payment confirmation receipt. You can save the receipt or print it.

Scan and attach both forms along with the payment receipt and e-mail the documents to
atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca with GCMS ORDER in your subject. In the body, just write your name, File number and email address.

Thankyou very much for a detailed info on that... just have a little confusion there,.both the forms have to be filled by the spouse in pakistan or the form IMM5563E has to be specifically filled by the sponsor in canada? and the final email has to be sent by sponsor or spouse?

All I can say is 'best of luck mate' Inshaa Allah the 'big news' maybe around the corner for all of ..CHC seriously need to work on their performance..first they make you wait for so long and then come up with awful updates.And I'm waiting for my re-med as well..expired back in aug 2012.
