I am order GCMS notes and want to MAKE SURE I do it right first time.

In form 5475, should I fill section 3. what should be in it.

I have paid 5$ online, should I write my wife detail or mine (applicant/ the person being sponsored) on the receipt

i have sponsored my husband since November 2009, but still his case in Islamabad is not finalized.
he did his 3rd time Medical check up on August 26 2012 but we are still waiting to get any news from them.

Dose anyone else has any idea of how long it takes for requesting of his passport ?

How long is everyone waiting before ordering GCMS notes? Also guys, for now the status says "application received", will it say medical results have been received as well since we sent the medical receipt with the our initial application?

last update on gcms was in july and then nothing after that... i think security checks ho rahey hainnnnnnnnnnnnnn

in section 3:
Canadian High Commission
Islamabad, Pakistan
Permanent Residence

if you paid the fee then your information should be written on the receipt...

its not necessary that they will update eacse with medical results have been received for the first medical..it is usually updated for remedical...
GCMS is ordered when you dont know whats the status of your application and you are stuck

From what I can tell, section 3 should show

Canadian High Commission
Islamabad
Permanent Residence

On the receipt you write the information of the person who paid the fee. So in this case your information (since you paid the fee).

InshAllah you wont have to wait much longer, this is pretty ridiculous. Since this is now over the 26 month time frame maybe you should make a complaint. And also talk to your MP and ask if they can make a complaint or expedite or give you a MINISTER'S PERMIT because it is taking longer than the time specified on the website. InshAllah they can help you in this case.

What is your timeline, can you please post your full details of what has happened so far? My wife got residency questionnaire with her AOR. In which case you still gotta wait few months for them to do the checks + send remed and then ppr.
