thank u so much for ur useful helping n its good u r Kabul so we r the same case and my file also transfered in May 2011 and now just waiting for PPR request n i have post box and home address but the e case shows my home address only now does it mean that they will send me any request latter to my home address or post box address ? because before the e case was showing my post box address then the CHC sent me remedical and re police requested forms by post box? wat abut urs i mean is ur mailing address is home or post box ? thanks again for ur helping

Mansoor Jan,

I am using post box because in afghanistan the home address are not clear and you can't received any letter to your home addresss.,

mine was same once my home address was shown in my E-case but after some time when i have sent my new mailling address to CIC they have changed my Addresss in E-case and after that i had received three letter to my POST Box with Ministry of Telecommuncation here in kabul ,

if you need further details please tell me

thanks

Hi,

I received File number earlier started with F0000, now last month CHC issued another file number starting with B# alongwith document request, so far no news, on Ecase only F# is working it is not accepting B#.
How long it may take more, we already submitted Re-PCC, suplementry forms last month. Medical expired in July.
any Idea!
Thank you,

Dear,

The orignal file number start from F and when they issue and letter to your so in the top of the letter they will mention a specific letter number which start from B and after that you will get your re-medical soon.

Thanks for your comprehensive answer.

I just wanted to know that when you do an outland application and apply for TRV with it
then what are the chances of getting a TRV for ur wife. What do I have to do to ensure that
she gets. Kindly elaborate!!!!

Hello Guys I have recently become a PR. I will be going next year to Pakistan to get married soon INSHALLAH!!!.
I just wanted to know ur opinion that is it better to do an outland application and apply for TRP

or

Is it better for my fiancee to get a study permit first and then shall I apply for her within Canada once we are both in Canada .I know she is smart and
she can get admission over here. I think it would be easier for her to secure a study permit before marriage. I was planning to do the wedding once
she receives her study permit.

Kindly give ur opinions.

not a good idea my friend

and there are handful of reasons for that

first lets look at this case the way an immigration officer will look at it

if she is a student in canada and she gets married to you it is easy for them to say that she married you to become a canadian

if you submit and outland application that means she will have to leave her studies to go back to pakistan

your wife leaving her education in the middle after marriage and going back to pakistan will only re enforce the argument that she married you to become a canadian

so if she is a student in canada and you get married to her you will have to submit an in land application for her immigration

in that case you guys will be together as a family while application gets processed, due to the fact that you guys are together they wont be in a hurry to process your file thats why in land application can take up to 10 years to process

while the application is in process your wife will have to prove that she did not marry you just to become a canadian citizen

mean while your wife will be a visitor she can not work and she will not have any kind of health cover from government, that means in case of any health emergency you will have to pay for everything from you pocket plus if you guys decide to extent your family while you dont have health cover you will have to pay everything from your pocket

plus if you dont extend you family your case can get red flaged and refused

plus if an outland application gets refused applicant has a right to appeal in the immigration court

but in your case if an inland application gets refused you will have to appeal in the superior court of justice and that appeal can take up to 5 years to get accepted
and if that appeal gets refused then they dont only refuse your application but they also accuse you of misusing the system and if that happens you will never be able to sponsor anyone to canada ever

i dont want to paint a dark picture ...... its better to know before hand what your getting yourself into
