CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

i havent received a reply from CHC of my email dated July 4/12. should i send another email or just wait? any suggestions guys? it was the first time i sent email to CHC.

They are not replying to the emails after four email from my sponser on jul 20 i have recieved the reply .

halloo every one . iam very worrid . i applied for sponsor of my wife in agust 2011 . my status change in process in 7 june 2012 but i didnt heard nothing from chc yet. my friend also applied on novmber 2011 he is status change in process on july 2012 but he got re-medical and pasport request today . why thats like that ? some body can helpe me plz ?

My case is some like you , we were three friends that we have recieved re-medical both of them recieved their PPR and but i am still waiting . let's pray for each other and i hope we will get soon.

i also know someone who get the PPR request directly.(her process completes in just 9 months, so no remed).
so it totally depends on immigration officers whoever look our cases.

So that would mean she has a visa validity of only 3 months, or have they used the new policy to extend her medical assessment without a re-med? Do you know, or her visa is not issued yet?

What about the case you've seen Khilafah? It looks like they might be using the new policy for newer cases, rather than the old cases that are still all getting re-meds?

Dont worry....if its any consolation my case is May 2011 and i still havent received my PPR

she has visa validity only one month..
her timeline.................

application filed CPC mississuaga....august 2011
then she got AOR (no remed)
she got PPR in may 2012...get her passport back in the start of june 2012..visa validity till july 2012..so she is with her husband now in canada

My hubby and I are first cousins and our marriage was arranged, so obviously its not like a scenario where I have an actual date when we first met or anything. So my question is, just the fact that we are first cousins, will this have some sort of negative impact on our case, or could it actually be a positive thing?

No, it won't hav any negative impact on ur case. Mine situation was d same, i.e ours is an arranged marriage & we r cousins but by the grace of Allah our decision has been made this week. So don't worry, just send them a lot of proofs & pics of ur wedding, rukhsati, valima including ur childhood pics taken together, if any. We hav also sent it...
