hi guys,
would any body like to guide me i m a bit worried .. they have asked me to send nikkah Nama with true copy stamp even it was attested by notary public but the true copy stamp was missing... n also they asked me and my wife to send the affidavit stating the information we have provided is true.... what is it for?

plz guide me for it ..

i was wondering if anyone else is having a problem sending an email to the embassy? i have been trying one time each week to send an email for a status update but i never get the confirmation email that they have received it nor do i ever receive a reply from the embassy...

my husband's case is from january 2011 and his re-medical will be expiring in november...apparently his file has been in background checks for 6 months and during this time the address on ecase had disappeared. recently about a month ago it has reappeared but we havent heard anything...waiting for gscm notes inshaAllah will receive them this week

everyone's duas will be much appreciated

I wouldn't be worried at all if the VO commented that he/she was satisfied with the geninuity of the relationship
Background checks can take a while in a man's case. Was your husband in the army or does he have a varied travel history?
Anyways, try contacting your MP. They might be able to shed some light on the situation.

hi everyone,

my case is wife case. my husband is canadian citizen , he applied for spousal sponsorship.
i have a question that my husband got AOR on end of may 2012. after this i received a a letter at the end of july in which CHC islamabad requested for few document which i already sumbmitted.( i already submitted my Orignal edu, birth marriage certificate). so they also request for other proofs after wedding ,luckily my husband visited agian so we have again proofs of pictures of our vacations etc. i send them all in the start of july 2012.

tell me is anybody have any idea when they contact me again?
or should i apply for TRV (second time) because first time its rejected because of stupid raeson?
give me suggestion plzzz?

I have sponsored my wife and our case is similar to yours. she has not heard anything from them since the submission of additional docs requested in April 2012. We applied for TRV but it was rejected due to "not strong family ties". What does your status on the cic website say?

ok so a line added "medical results have been received" to my ecase. does that mean my hubby will get ppr any time now? does that mean background checks are done?

My e-case also shows about Medical results that have been received. and i think we (me & ur Husband) will receive PPR in between 2 to 3 months as said my re-medical Doctor also. So plz pray for me also plzzz becuase our case is parallel to each other.

Wife got her remed done, they're going to send the results. Anyone know how long it takes them to get results to the visa office? InshAllah now its just a matter of 2-3 months more wait till she gets visa.

Funny thing my wife noticed was that all the other girls there (3/4 of them) also had their name starting with Zainab. Maybe they go in a alphabetical order from the first name?

"Applicants for non-immigrant visas demonstrate this in a variety of ways, the most common being having strong economic, family, and social ties to their home country. An example of strong ties would be a stable job, a home, significant family ties (spouse, children, grandchildren), and strong social ties."

so i m guessing "not strong family ties" means that they do not expect your wife to return to Pakistan as her spouse(meaning you) are in Canada. Do u agree??
