Not sure if anyone has an answer to this question, but i'll ask anyways....

I received GCMS notes today, and a comment in one of the NOTES states:

"PHEP prepared and attached to file. Reg:Issue meds"

The note is dated May 28th. When will my wife, the applicant, receive the medical request? It has been more than a month since the note was entered...

Other than that, the IO is satisfied that relationship is geniune.... :)
Those who have experience of GCMS notes may respond you but I have a question for you. How many days it took for you to get GCMS Notes, i have applied on 21st June but probably I will take it after mid of July.

Information on background checks incase anyone is interested in it:

Q- What kind of background checks are there and who does these checks for CHC?
Background check includes criminal (Police Clearance) and security (National Security) checks. All adult applicants for immigration to Canada and ALL their dependents, whether accompanying or not, are required to contact the police or relevant authority of each country where they have lived for six months or longer in the last ten years and obtain the necessary police certificate or clearance stating that they do not have criminal convictions.

Thanks very much buddy, that's tremendous information you brought to us.

Afghan0123 from your timeline since you got doc request it seems like the preliminary assessment on your file is already complete and if they did not ask for you to provide furthur proof in the doc request you got that means they are most likely satisfied with your relationship (this should be in the notes section of the GCMS notes). So I personally don't think it would be a good idea for you to submit anything else until they ask for because it could possibly delay your case while they review the new stuff you send to them.

As for the file number - the very first like in the GCMS notes Application: FXXXXX there is a file number. You can use that file number and use your info (d.o.b, city of birth) to check the online status.

@emanzaib

I dont have any file no for my spouse application, i already email chc for file no but not received any response but in the letter it clearly mentioned that "Your application was given the file number indicated above, the embassy provided gcms file in AOR letter, like this gcms file # XG000000000

why it not show the status in e-case? I contact local immigration and they informed me that your file already transferred to isb chc and we cant tell anything about status of your application, you may contact chc isb but embassy dont reply my email

Exactly thirty days... This was my third request within the last six months and each time it took exactly thirty days, not including any stat holidays. I e-mailed them on June 4th, received my notes on July 5th.

Many Congratulations! :) Please remember us in your prayers. InshaAllah, We will get passport back with visa stamped. Only Allah know best :)

I am still waiting to get police certificate from Pindi and Quetta...should I go ahead and send the rest of the documents? or should I wait until I get the PCC's for both cities and send it all together?

I have sent email requesting extension but it has not yet been granted... I had until July 8 to send the documents to them (30 days from the date of the letter)

The notes are easy to understand, fairly straightforward stuff. You don't really need any professional help.
