not another letter, initially they asked my wife over the phone, but now I received the letter dated Sept 25, 2012 detailing all the things they're asking. I already sent most of this crap I don't understand what more they want.

Send them again since you don't have any other option and hopefully this time, things work out.

You can't do anything and they are the one who call the shots, so be patient a bit more and inshallah you will hear a good news soon...

Not my intention to do so,
I just wanted to list what I have done to prove my marriage and wanted an opinion to whether my case may get rejected even though I have given the aforementioned proofs

I don't want to give you a scare but there was this other guy who sent 7KG of chat proof. His file wasn't reviewed when it was supposed to be reviewed and got delayed cuz the file was too heavy and the immigration officers didn't want to touch it. If you would have sent some selected chats, it would have been better IMO. But then again, every case is different.

great another letter asking for marriage VCD not DVD? what they can't afford a DVD player?! more wedding pics more pics from my recent visit (I don't have) and proof of financial assistance as if I haven't sent enough and copy of passport showing proof of travel. This time I will write in the *censored word*ing letter to not send any further requests and to make their decision based on whatever they have. I am so fed up. more and more questions.

hey dont worri about it they ask for a lot of stuff,
last year i wen to Karachi to visit my husband sept 2011-nov 2011. n during my visit i send over 80 picture of us on my husband birthday, our first wedding anniversary, my arrival in karachi, and copy of my boarding pass, ticket n copy of visa and picture of us visiting parks/relatives./dinners/malls/.date etcc......
they received the package right the next day and update it to the file within a month. and that was in november 2011.

and back in March I got request to have my Wakalat Nama sign by an Afghan Consultant n asked for my visit to send in again the same package of pic/copy of visa/ticket/boarding pass/ so i did

and again they asked for supplemntary forms in June and AGIAN they asked for picture of my visit/copy of passport./visa/ticket n everything so i send in the same file 3 times cuz they asked for it, and
my GCMS notes say Alhamdullilah our relationship is genuine and full marriage has been consume.

so they will play wit some files n ask for the same thing over n over n over n over again till they are satisfied.
dont worry about it alteast they are working on ur file its better then nothing,

I received a letter from MP. He inquired last week nd it says
"Thank you for your e-mail below. This application has been finalized and documents would be retuned in coming days. Medical examinations were received for this application."
This response is from Oct. 10,2012 nd status is changed to decision made from last week. Still pp not returned yet wht should I do? :

Is dat mean I'm done with everything his ve to wait for pp back? N how long it takes? Meri post ka bohat kam replay ata hai ab to bata do

"Thank you for your e-mail below. This application has been finalized and documents would be retuned in coming days. Medical examinations were received for this application."
This response is from Oct. 10,2012 nd status is changed to decision made from last week. Still pp not returned yet wht should I do? :

There are two different letters; One is for Re-medical (medical instructions letter), the second one is Passport request (PPR). So if you only got Re-medical then you only had to do re-medical and if you got both letters, then you have to send your passport to the embassy after the re-medical.

You don't need to worry. They will send you the passport back with Visa, Confirmation of Permanent residence and your educational doc/proof etc etc in a package with TCS. You just have to wait for the TCS now. TCS will take cash on delivery (around 300 ruppees I think).
