I had a question regarding GCMS notes, I applied through a consultant so can I request the GCMS notes myself or he has to request them ? CHC has his email address on file ? does that make a difference? Should I just put my email address on the form and it's good to go ?

You can request it yourself, if you are the Sponsor. As only Canadian Immigrants/Citizens can order GCMS notes. You can make payment online and then print receipt, fill out the fields & the other 2 forms (1 giving auth and the other requesting the gcms notes) and attach them to email and send it to them. You should get an answer in approx. 30 days. The data is based on the date you made the request. The cost is $5.

You can order your self i have applied through consultant as well but i ordered GCMS notes if you are the sponsor you can order it and give ur e-mail id.

well using bad words is not good...but for God's sake chc hav tourtured uss....i knw sub Allah ki taraf say azmaish hoti hai....laikn y to put the laziness of chc on qismat.....m passing through very tough time...i hav lost my baby....n da dr says it all bcoz of tention....n u say we use bad words??????kn thy compensate me for my loss?????i miss my husbnd....i kn do nuthng but curse chc....

Well I recently used giftshift.com. Worked out for us but the guy had difficulty finding places. He couldn't go to the village in where my wife is staying, so had to deliver to wife's sister's house in the city. She liked the cake and flowers that I sent.

I have a question from those who got a request for re-police clearance after re-medical check up, was the previous police clearance expired ? as well how long did after re-medical chc requested police clearance?

bcz my husband's police clearance will be expired on Januray 2013, i don't know if he will be asked for re doing it or he will get his ppr?

PCC is valid for 12 months, in my wifes case they did ask for an updated one from citys she lifed more than 6 months...a week after re-medical.

whats a PR visit?

if you visit your wife during the sponsorship process, this will in fact help.
Once the sponsor is back in canada, send an email to cic indicating you have recently visited your wife in Pakistan.

I did so, and got a reply , that this has been noted on your file.

so true happy for them.. but what abt ppl who are waiting for over a year now.. they have already started working on 2012 applications.

btw is ur hubby or wife case?

I think it all depends on your documents and on the IMM or VO who is looking at your file..some are true Canadians others are like the Germans back in 1944

Actually I was reading on other forum someone wrote PR after sponsor has to stay in Canada, and if PR want to visit they can stay out of country not more than 15 days......so I was confused
