Hehe, good idea. BTW I'm already quite old, celebrating 30th birthday without having started a real married life, without having kids, isn't an ideal situation. And I can't understand that why my hubby is so reluctant about getting me a visit visa :(

Is there even an option to get a visit visa? I thought they reject such cases where the applicant has already applied for immigration..

They don't always reject. It's more of a 50-50 chance. In my case, I have a sound job, and am well-settled here. This contributes a lot towards getting a visitor visa.

CHC-I= Dementors!

they sent me an AOR in the beginning of 2012, and in that they did not ask for further proof. So, they seem to be just sitting over it.
