Today is friday and we all do Namaz e Juma. and as friday is a special day for muslims in wich dua will be accepted by Allah,so i request you all to go to the moques and do juma namaz and ask Allah to help us all to finalize our cases as soon as possible.

I am sure when you make dua from bottom of ur hearts Allah will accept it inshallah.

I beleive she works front desk, mail room or something similar as she accepts packages when sent.

I'm sure there are many prayers but the following seems good for our situation...Salat ul HajAt:

La ilaha illa Allahu-Haleemu lkareem. Subhana Allahi rabi el-`arshil `azeem. Al-Hamdulilahi rabbi il-`Alameen. As'aluka mujibati rahmatika, wa `aza'ima maghfiratika, wal-`ismata min kuli dhanb, wal ghaneemata min kuli birr, was-salamata min kuli ithm. La tada` li dhanban illa ghafartahu, wala hamman illa farajtahu, wala hajatan hiya laka ridan illa qadaytaha ya arhama ar-rahimeen.

yet these same offices with same duties in other countries are able to complete them in far less time, 3 months, 6 months etc. I don't know man, I know family who work in the government and work like this. This is why I mentioned it.

It is true that the amount of time it takes to get documents is not bad, but nowhere near as good as in Canada. But that is when you are going and spending your time to benefit yourself. There is big motivation there versus sending an application to someone who doesn't know you and doesn't give a damn about you.

I don't mind paying the fee's, I mind this long wait which is affecting us but not some of the other countries.

when u'll sent a message as a pakistani that pakistan is a corrupt country & pakistan should sell itself to india & u dont care abt pakistan at all then

wht do u think their response will be?
that is the only reason they dont give a damn about ur application
& congratulations!
bcoz of that kind of attitude the time for islamabad is 26 months

if you love your country you should own it like your own
and having ownership mean you own everything good and bad that is in there
if there are some issues in our country first we have to own the problem and then try to fix it rather then tell the whole world that we belong to a country that is nothing but a problem for everyone ( that is what makes the timeline go from 6 months to 26 months)

we are from a country where children respect their parents and students respect their teachers
we are blessed with countless blessings of Allah

and one more important fact that you will face is
the country your are going to is the country that respects everyone for what they are and where they are from
that's why inshAllah everyone of you is soon going to become Pakistani Canadians you can be proud of it or if you want or can spend all your life trying to erase the Pakistani part of that name

that's when
mubashar becomes Max
and Rahmat becomes Rocky

we as Pakistani Canadians do a great service to our new Country Canada everyday and the healthy approach would only be that
we are proud of being pakistani
and we are proud of being canadian

i agree 100% if u r a pakistani make pakistan proud whereever u go
