salam, I read your question, and wanna answer your q, after approvel of your sponsor if cic Canada transfer your file directly to London uk for forther process then your case gonna complete 8 to 11 month but if you are unlucky and your file transfer to Islamabad Pk then your case gonna complete two to three years , best of luck, totally depends upon your luck. if interview is required or lots of shady/unclear documents or verification requiring docs, etc then it can be sent to Isb
If it looks alrighty then its off to London, but it can be sent to Isb at anytime if necessary.....

After all Panic Situation with Million of thank Allah Today in moring 9.10 am i Received my passport With shiny visa Alhamdolillah, I am very happy and cant except passport will come soon Becoz My Ecase Decision Made at 20 Nov i guess passport will come after ten days well i Rec Passport today now out end panic Situation,

-My Ecas changed to DM on Nov 17th
-I got email to send passport visa is ready to Issue on Nov 18th
-We send passport on Nov 20th
-Islamabad received on Nov 21st
-When can I expect it back ?

Also my husband send return envelop can we some how track if it was mailed by Islamabad?

is it possible to stay in Canada on TRV till PPR2 arrives and once when PPR arrives can i submit my p.p via post from Canada to Islamabad ? there was a member on this forum who planned to do so but he has not updated any follow up .. i have emailed chc but no reply yet

Hi All, Sorry been away for couple months. I have a question regrading gcms notes. I received these notes and nothing that I could find that would be doubt full (Thank God). Yet I have two small things that I still stumble and think about .

Interview Language: Urdu
Sponsorship Length (Months ): 36

Its a spouse case, submitted Feb,2014.. Transfered to LVO May,2014 and obviously no correspondence ever since it went to LVO. Online status still shows (Application Received).

If they have your language of interview mentioned, does it mean an interview is something they are deciding about???? or have decided about????

And for all of those people that have files transferred to LVO (Directly), do you guys see the " Sponsorship Length (Months ):36 "????? I am hoping this doesn't just mean that it will take 36 months?????? Please reply. Thanks

Salam, there is no criteria just transfer some cases to Islamabad and some lucky cases directly to London uk, totally depends upon your luck, just pray for case. Thanks . Naveed

hi about 36 months thats your obligation as sponsor.you will responsible for your wife for 36 months.so if she apply welfare you will pay the government later.interview language thing if u select in your forms urdu as language it showing urdu thats why no need to panic.
