AOA Everyone,
I'm new in this forum. My mother has sponsored me, my 3 siblings and my Father.
ECAS shows "Medical results have been received"
We had an interview as well and they asked my father for "FBI Clearance Report" which we had already sent to them but they refused to accept that they have received any such report and even refused to accept the photocopy of that FBI Clearance Report. I then applied once again for this report in Virginia, USA but they will take minimum of 8 weeks which I've already informed CHC Isb and they have also confirmed the receipt of my Fax and Email.
Now the problem is that, today I got a call from CHC Islamabad confirming that they have sent me an E-Mail and required some Additional Docs. When I checked my E-Mail, there was a PDF File with the request of "RCMP Clearance Certificate" for my Father from Canadian Police (My Father used to live in Canada), But I had already arranged this RCMP Report and was sent to them but I think they have lost it as well. And then they said, we will have to pay $1900 as the processing Fee whereas my Mother has already paid this Fee in Canada which was around $2650 for all of us.
Has anyone experienced the same Request from them?
I'm too much confused that what to do now as CHC Islamabad has lost some of my Docs and now they are refusing to admit that they had every received any such Docs. And even they aren't accepting the photocopies of any such doc.
I request all of you to please help me.
