Dear All, I need your urgent attention, please..

I am a landed immigrant, got PR recently, I didnt accompany my wife and daughter in my immigration application. But I provided all the details of my family and stated the reason that she is having her studies and cannot move right now, in my PR application.

I have two simple questions.

I have all the forms and I want to apply in MIssissauga office...

1) My new born son has Manual Passport, provided by Pakistan Embassy in Egypt (My son was born in Egypt two months ago) can I apply with this manual PP.

2)Should I get the Med of my family done myself from IOM and send it alongwith the initial sponsorship application? (My wife and daughter have already been through these medicals while my case was in process on the request of my Visa officer.)


Please do reply as far as u know because I m in ISB for some days and want to do all the stuff during my presence here...

u need computriezed passport for ur son...
yes u can do medical from IOM by ur self just tell them that ur applying for family sponsership they will do it

manual passports are okay, my parents just landed couple of months ago on manual passport(s) with canadian imm. visa in it.
Not an issue.
I guess Pak mission in Cairo still not issuing computerized passports (the way they work it could be decades before they issue MRP's, lol)

hope all r doing well... i have a quick question i recieved my caips notes two weeks back, was going through them today when i came across these most recent two notes

on oct 01 they made a note "send phep"
on oct 02 they made a note "phep sent through csu inbox"

now my concern is we did not recieve ppr in mail or email, its been a month and half since they made these last two notes. what should i do? should i email them n ask them?

You should contact with CHC ISB, try to fax them, and ask about what going on.

am really new in this forum and i want to sponsor my wife is there anyone who can help me out, how should i start and what to do please?

this is an arranged marriage; and i was engaged before but i didn't let the Canada gov know of my engagement. (i was not present in my engagement party my mom and my sister was there and they put my picture, i do have my engagement's movie and pictures) and i am going to marry very soon inshallah so do i have to let them know of my engagement if yes when now or once i married? because someone told me to don't so am really confuse about that plus what kind of prove they need from my marry party? how can i fill the form for the sponsorship?

i really don't have any idea about this stuff, i would appreciate if someone help me out in this regard. or direct me to a right forum or conversation?

okay will do... one more question, when my husband recieved remed through email, our lawyer also recieved that email... so is the lawyer also going to get the ppr email or just my husband? should i ask my lawyer to contact them?

ps:my husband has smartscreen in hotmail which deletes all junk i just reckon it didnt delete that email if it were ever sent :S

You have to get married, you have to be present in the marriage ceremony,
