It will be better for you to take flight to Vancouver from Intermediate Airport(s) at (either UK or Germany or some other). Because in that case your Landing / PR Procedure will be performed at your own city. Its my own point of view, lets see what other members say. Good luck with everything

Asalaam malikum,

If my wife is flying out of afghanistan to canada. afghanistan to dubai and dubai to United States and United States to canada does she need to get USA visa or no. What about through europe does she need a visa. please anyone let me know.

USA visa is required. And it is a big hassle in USA due to security and multiple checks.

It's better to fly direct to Canada from middle-east....take emirates, etihad, qatar, turkish airlines, etc
