Thanks, you are right. I try not to come to this form as much but I am being very impatient lately. This wait just seems forever and never ending. I will wait for ATIP reply INSHALLAH hope I hear something good.

You mentioned about the additional document that you send in. When was that?

I believe by the grace of Allah my First additional sporting documents in June 2012 force them to waived the interview and file forward for Review to next VO in Sep 2012 and my 2nd and last additional Supporting documents April 2013 force them to issue (June 18th re-medical) which is expired last August 2012.

Hi everyone,

My application timelines are as follows

Applied on August 22, 2011 and received my sponsorship approval on October 30, 2011
Application received in Islamabad Office as shown on ECAS August 22, 2011
Re-Medical is done in January 2013 since the one I submitted with the application was expired
ECAS updated in February 2013 "We have received your application for permanent residence on August 22, 2011, Medical results have been received"
Since then nothing from CHC Islamabad
Mine is a Nikkah Case

Can someone please tell me whats going on? This is taking forever

I have recently discussed my case progress. I did my Rukhsati in Pakistan in Feb of this year after which my file was taken out of interview queue. Then got remedical request through e-mail as well as regular mail. Also, got Police Clearance request (short form PCC) along with medical request. Now, almost 3 months later, got Passport request, Al-Hamdolillah!

Special thanks to R. Mujgani and Danny for their help in enabling me to work out the best route for my case.

You need to order GCMS notes and see why your case is taking all this time.

Okk... With whom U discussed...?? Mine case is in interview queue n hv no any update since June 2012... what to do now...??? Well this is very good to know that after 3 months of re-med u got pp req bcoz i was very worried about the time taken after remed, ppl r saying tht thy are taking 6 months after remed....!!! Hope all will be good InshaAllah...

May Allah give all of u stamina for wait that long...its my suggestion for u all that its better to do a complete marriage along with honeymoon rather than a simple nikah case. And plz take pic with relatives and friends its very supportive...after few months when u file a case also show ur phone bills as PTCL offers a package for canada try to avail that package bcoz the phone bill also indicate ur address...by the grace of Allah i got my remedical after 12 months since my file was submitted
