CIC ka application cancel krna itna assan nai ok jo bi immigration officer aisa kare ga usko jaan k laley perh jain gey 1000 reason btaney paren gey so koi bi immigration officer apni job ka Risk nai ley application cancel kr k.

Aur agr AOR mil gai thi aur medical b hogya tha tu 100% sure apki file strong thi aur Approved b hogai thi.

I hope apko meri baat samaj a gai hogi so please Wife se bat karo aur pocho detail.

but i just came to know dat my file is in Ottawa after they emailed us....i don't know wat these ppl are doing...its been 15 months for me since i applied the file and not even a single letter

You should consider talking to your MP. Or you can also order the notes.

Alhamadallah I have landed in Canada. I dared to walk into Embassy and met with the Immigration Officer of my file. He was shocked that I did not get my COPR. He cancelled and reissued my visa and offered me Tea and Sandwitch as well.

At Toronto Airport I asked this question to Immigration officer "If I did not have COPR would you let me in" and his response was

Depends on Immigration Officer, I could have printed it out here and someone els would have deported you back home.

At ISB Airport they only asked if I had landing document. NO one bother checking it.

Wow! At least the immigration officer was kind enough to speak to you and re-issue it at the spot. I don't even want to imagine them telling you to wait for another x-weeks to have it mailed out, etc.

At the end of the day, it's all done, welcome home and best of luck in the new phase of life!

congratz to all of them who got their passports back. hopefully the rest of us will get it soon too. i have a question, i am working in the oil field, and have to stay away from my home most of the time, in case if i got my remed req while i am away do they give me proper time to return home and give medical or i need to do it in a hurry? please share your thoughts..

Waht I'd say atleast when you get to know you've received remed request ..wherever you are start contacting IOM to get an appointment atleast. it's a period of 45 days within which you have to get done with your medical.

Congratulations to all those who've been receiving great news, and a very BIG CONGRATULATIONS to zainabanwer and maryah.nayel on receiving their passports back! I'm curious to know where in Pakistan are you two located, just because you got your PP back so fast after 'decision made'. My husband's in Karachi and his status has been 'Decision Made' since March 7th, yet still no PP. :| Worried about what can be going on now..

Passport received. My wife got her passport back with Landing paper and all original doc.
Alhumdulillah...

Decision Made on 15-March-----> passport received on 19-March.

hey guys...can neone tell me dat after how much time do they usually ask for remed after the expiry of the first med???

Heyy dora! it varies from case to case..Like peple get it within a month's time adfyer it's expiry whereas people like me who got it after 7 months from the expiry date.

I really wish that your case sorts out..but have you tried finding out with your wife if what is the matter actually?

i havent got my documents back,,, just my visa stamped and those 2 pages...
n all the additional information garbage has come back,,,
so should i email them to send me my documents back or what...

You should email them asking for your original documents..
