hello every one i am really happy to see bazil bhai,s reunion and ppl getting the ppr , ppl i wanna ask shall i be worried about my cas cuz there is no update from cic not even remedical requestt is there o correspondence also and i have seen canadian immigrant (congrat to u) got ppr in dec ........case applied in septmber

Do not worry, a lot of times they dont open your file until 16 months since they received and I guess no one whose file was transferred to Ottawa has received anything so far. When the files were being directly transferred to CHC-ISB, they would randomly open and finalize the case anywhere from 9 to 16 months ........ now files going to Ottawa they cant do that random decision and they have to clear the backlog first. Skilled applicants from Pakistan are already being processed at London office and their future plan for Family sponsorship location looks like Ottawa

Can anyone please tell me what does GCMS notes mean hurry please....

GCMS stand for Global Case Managment System, it is essentially censored copy of what they are doing on your file such as determination of relationship, security, criminality, medical or genuineness of relationship etc.

you can request a copy by paying $5 and send the request through email, takes around 4 - 6 weeks for it to be issued to you since it goes through CHC-ISB before those are issued to you

Don't lose hope tabasumali, you will get re-united with your spouse before summer is over, I guarantee you)) there is a reason behind everything, Allah (SWT) knows best why things happen the way they do.
