There is no such thing as prepaid courier when someone send their passport to CHC they only provide you 1 silver bag and if u ask them for prepaid they will let you know that CHC has their station and payment will be collected from consignee once the passport is returned.

the email ?
1)Write your File number in the subject line and TO islamabad-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca
2) Write the immigration file number (B0# or F000# from Acknowledgement of Receipt letter ), your name, date of birth, spouse's name etc on top left
3) Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in regards to the above mentioned file number. Could you please let me know the status on our case. I would be really thankful. (OR whatevers your query, keep it short)

it's better to send it to case specific enquiry instead of general enquiry, you get a sooner response and your message will be responded for sure

when i message them i always write "Dear immigration Officer"

Embassy or you received the letter ? My ppr request was the same date as yours !
But they called me to send in my passport ! And what does ur ecase online status say ? Now ?

Thanks for your wishes. My status did change to decision made the same day I got the passsport. Visa was issued on 15 jan and i received it on 21 jan. My rem was not with pass. they were 2 weeks apart.

Yes,there is no prepaid Courier.Embassy send back your passport through COD process...........
