CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

I have a lawyer right and based on the "use of representative" form, my mailing address is automatically my lawyer's address. I think embassay might be smart enough to send all the mail for the Pakistani resident on his or her address, but than its CHC-I in ka koi bharosa nahi hai!

They send your mails to sponsored spouse address in pakistan and send same copy to Canada (Sponsor's address) if applied without lawyer and in case if case was filed through lawyer then they send same copy to lawyer address instead of sponsor.
In my ecase ,i have my address in my column and my wife address in her column.
In short i think address on ecase does not matter at all .whether it shows pakistani and canadian addresses on both sides or only canadian address on both sides.

yesterday i checked all serials but unfortunately no one mail addressed to me.
I m sure most of us with similar case position must have checked the same.
Anyone got to be lucky to find those tcs number address to himself/herself.

I am new on this forum, although i have been stalking this site for quite sometime and waiting considerably patiently for everything, but i recently passed the one year mark since file transfer, i haven't received anything from Islamabad. and now i am freaking out coz i don't wanna end up like the poor people stuck from 2010.
what should i do?
i have written to the embassy, but obviously i havnt received a reply from them so far.
my ecas shows application received and my pak address.

You should email them to find out about your case status.

Make sure you include your Name, DOB and file number in your email for them to respond to you.

Woh log PPR send kartai hy on whatever mailing address u hve provided them...aapnai canadian address diya hy tu phir PPR aapkay canadian address par jai ga n then ur husband will hve to send it to u! Haan ab yeh alag baat hy k CHC ko zaraa weird lagye for a Pak resident having Canadian address as mailing address :-X

So if i was in ur shoes...tu wud've updated my mailing address very sooon!

Hey welcome! It could be possible that they are working on your file...as address appearing and then disappearing is indicative of that. Hopefully you will hear something soon! God forbid that you end up like us 2010 poor people...

It could mean that they worked on your file, but it would be better if you emailed them and asked them about your case status.

If you don't get a reply in 2-3 weeks, try ordering for GCMS notes (as it documents all the activity on your file).

I got AOR within two weeks after my Pakistani address appeared on E-case. So, that means you May get something in mail within next two weeks. Good Luck.
