Allhamdulillah ..im soo happy today.. i got my passport back with visa..

its all because of our efforts, prayers and the endless help of forum members..
im so thankfull to u all.
tis waiting game was so hard n painfull.. this time is the horrible one of my life time n i wish everyone who is caught in this painfull game will pass it soon..

status change to decision made 2 may 2011

Here is my detailed timeline as requested by some:

Feb 2010:Sent Application to Mississagua
April 2010: CIC-Islamabad started processing (AOR)
May 2010: Sent supplementary forms as requested during AOR and western union receipts
May 2010: Visited my wife for 3 weeks.
June 2010: Sent pics from visit, Skpe log,more western union receipts, snapshot of email inbox along with a letter explaining the docs
Oct 2010:Voluntarily sent PCC as expired.
Nov 2010:Sent email to ask for status and request to expedite the process due violence in hometown. Received reply in 48 hrs that cannot expedite as in queue and there are many people with similar situations and is unfair. Also all spousal and children applications are already a priority.
Jan 2011:Sent email to provide status and medical is expired. Got reply that in queue for initial review!
March 2011:Visited spouse for 3 weeks. Received Remedical & PPR
April 2011: Sent passport and remedical receipt.
May 2011: Decision made as per CIC website!

Tip: Send only limited well sorted pictures with names,date of birth and relationship on back.

Friends, before election when Chachu came live on desi radio and one of our friend "HP_Invent" called in and ask the question to Chachu about CHC process delays causes. Chachu answer was that he is not aware of this issue and he will look into this once elected and back in office.

Is it not the time for him to look into this issue now as he promised on the radio OR should we remind him about this as he might be still unaware after receiving few emails and letters from us this week? How much flexibility Chachu has in speaking lies and making excuses?

Sister, I run my own business Alhumdulillah here in Canada and as-well as in Pakistan.
laykin lagta hay aap ko kafi stress rahta hay apni job par issi liya job ka zikar kiya aap nay. gusa tu aap nay nikala mein nay tu sirf aap kee zuban/language kee tareef kee.

aap humaray bahi saab ka khyal rakahin aur aur apnay jawabaat kee waja say baycharay ko khajoor na bana dayna aap kee bhabi bilkul theek thaak hain you don't need to worry about her just worry about you and your loved ones.
