u said ur medical expired on 24th and remedical done on 18th ??? didnt get it
whats PPR ??? its the receit right ?? my husband did re medical on 25th oct 2010 but i didnt get any PPR ...why is that ???
and after re medical u said ur wife got the visa in 2 months..wow congrats...that was fast

yar how do ppl know that their background check is complete ??? and who is MP ???? mjhay kuch samaj nhe aa rha
there is no one u can contact to know about ur case...atleast i have no one...so how do u ppl find out about all this ?
if i mail to isl those ppl just give an automated msg..same crap ur case is in process bla bla bla..no further thing needed bla bla bla
MP kon hota hai ?? and PPR kya hai ?

Normally when they ask for the re-medical its mean background check is done.
If every thing is fine than medical is the last step.

MP = Member of Parliament.

Goo to google and type your area postal code and find out who is MP in your area and what is his/her office address & phn no.
MP has the authority to make a direct inquiry on your case.

So they must have your decision made and just wanted to see your wife's medical conditions and have it for the visa expiry date purposes. Great news bro and Congrats once again....Have a happy life together and remember all of us in your prayers...

Humaumair,

PPR means Passport request and you only will get that after the whole process is finished to get the visa stamped on your passport. In Amon's case seems like they had the decision made already but the expiry of the medical was almost there and thats why they had to send the remadical request because VISA expires on the same day as your medical expiry date. So in this case the original medical was expiring on Oct 24 2010 therefore they sent the remadical request on the 18th of October so now that the new medical expires in Oct 2011 and so is the VISA most probably... Hope you understand now.

Hello guys ..I have another concern regarding that Personal History form..

How did u filled up that form? like did u include ur personal history since the age of 18 or included last 10 years of history..

I am 22 so how should I have filled that form? I didnt provided info from my last 10 years instead I filled this form giving information since my age 18 was that alright?

Please give your valuable suggestion...

you have to fill whichever period is longer. if you are 22 than you have to include your details from last 10 years i.e. from 12yrs.!

You are only suppose to provide information since age 18.
