I am wondering how the CHC-ISB was able to process the file in avg 4 months perior to 2008-2007 where as the procedure and the requirements were still the same what are currently we have.

Same PKSTNI citizen - same PKSTNI shadi - same NIKAH nama - Same medical request - Same background check & same PCC -same Canada. The only & only difference we have is mr 10% at the moment.

One of my friend who came from Dubai in May 2005 sponer his wife with ZERO income on Sep 15,2005 and on Jan 5,2006 his wife was landed in Toronto. Can you imagine.

Something smell fishy & cheesy after 2008. May be CHC-ISB become a practice training centre for newly hired officers ;D
Cheers

Back in the days there were less fraud cases, less fake certificates. Scammers have misused the system and we all have to pay the price. Just sit back and suck it up! No matter what you do, they will still take their time to finish the process, and remember until Allah doesn't want it to happen, it won't happen!

I was talking to One of the MPs and he told me that he recently spoke with CHC and things in Isl have gone from Bad to WORSE. Now they are only processing applictions for flood victims. and we shoudl ALL expect ADDITIONAL DELAYS.

It is really pathetic as if CHC wants to help flood victims they should send additional resources and it should not be at the expense of regular applications. UNLESS WE RAISE THIS ISSUE IN MEDIA (BOTH CANADIAN & PAKISTANI) NO ONE WILL PAY ATTENTION!!!!!.

i got married on 27th march 2009 and my case filled on 23rd sept.. almost 6 months gap... is it ok ? i didnt applied right after... its very ajeeb rule btw :S

If you read on the CIC website it says:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) officers must commence applying the new provision on the day on which it entered into force. Therefore, effective today, CIC and CBSA officers must apply the new provision to all new applications, all applications in process for which a final decision has not yet been rendered and all new and pending appeals before the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD).

So who the heck knows, only time will tell.
