Salam again,

I wasn't going to help other forum members here but after reading some advise that was given I was upset that some info given was wrong.

And I know when we all need an answer we like to know that the advise given is correct at least.

So I will offer again and if someone insults me its not me standing in front of Allah saying I insulted someone but the one who is insulting In Sha Allah. I will stand to be judged as others but I pray that my words are kind and without malice In Sha Allah.

Found out the reason they had not send Pass Port Request to my husband!!!

Its because I'm here with him but I'm leaving next week so a letter has been sent and hopefully they will request his Pass Port. Wish I bought my ticket a few weeks ago and then I would have emailed them and they might have sent PPR and we could have left together In Sha Allah....

Pray I have a safe flight and when I see the surgeon in July I pray my husband will be with me by then In Sha Allah......

That's strikes to me as kind of odd.. a PPR should typically have nothing to do with where the sponsor is present in time & space. Who told you this? I got my PPR when my wife was here with me btw.

Then again, leave it to CHC Islamabad to disown the rules of logic..

Think of it as a bitter sweet news becuz alteast u kno that his ppr is being sent and its on the way... which means that u go in sha allah he will come right after u before August
Trust in Allah swt, Its Allah's swts plan that is better for you which you dont kno.

Have Faith and In sha allah ur husband will come to u soon ameenm

actualli it does effect the case if CHC knos ur in Pakistan for a longer time and u r not working or paying tax they will delay case till the sponsor leaves... for those
who are in Pakistan and dont tell CHC then they get ppr and leave with their spouses and sometimes depends on ur luck which CHC officer u have.

I think MicMac sis has been in Pakistan for over a year now n CHC knos bout it that is 80% of the reason y they are taking long to send her husband ppr. but otherwise... CHC is slow too.

applying inside of Canada is wen ur spouse is with u and ur sponsoring him/her to move permanently into Canada and the same province or city as u... (like i kno this guy whose wife is with him in Canada, and he is sponsoring her to live in canada since she is a American citizen)

applying outside of Canada is us sponsoring our spouse from Afghanistan or Pakistan and we want them to live in Canada permanently with us.

u mail to the right department. And no they will not let u in to submit it.... n its safer to send by mail n not get lost or tast around

I want to thank the ones whom I have helped because in the end we all need a bit of help. I know my intensions are from my heart to help. You know if one of doesn't know the answer its better to post a link to the site if you have the time to look it up. Its far better then a long song and dance meaning questions and answers back and forth.

The link will help better and it gives 100% answer to your question. Like some of don't know how to start when in fact its better to start from the first page and go forward. Its like we start at the end then go back and forth and get lost. Its called lost in translation and its so true. So if you need an answer you probably just got side tracked and go read the guide or Leon's post as it tells you from A to Z... Although i have sent my pasport on 5th June after PPR...but one thing pinching....
On ppr it was mentioned to submit pasport wid in 45 days.....
I have read on many sites...all submit pasport wid in 15 days...but why 45 daya on my form
Is it ok..???

i did contact mp n had chc reply be patient is in process administrative work n forms being worked on n thats it so we r being patient
