Not from toronto, I am in Alberta so I take Qatar Airways via London to Doha to Karachi. I believe that there is a PIA from Toronto to Karachi via Islamabad would probably be the best for you unless you want to take emirates via Dubai to Islamabad. See what's cheaper and go for that...
