walecom-assalam brother i,m always good well app ka tu case end pai hai aur app nai ab forum join kiya hai,,, any way my husband case just started in december havent received aor also,app ko mubarak ho within a month ur wife will b with u inshallaha,,,mai app sai poch sakte hoon kai app kai case mai kya difference tha kai app ko lawer ki zarorat pari if u dnt mind.

Zaror sawera ap mujh sai bilkul pooch sakti hai ke meray case mai kia difference hai...actually yaar I am a Canadian citizen since 1998...then my family moved to USA...us waqt sai ab tak hum US mai he hain...i used to travel out of USA to Pakistan for studies thats why i am still a green card...Inshallah citizenship hojai ge by end of this year...the prob was that i got married to my wife in 2009 and didnt want to apply for her for US immigration cause as a green card holder it takes at least 4-5 years to get immigration..therefore i decided that she can come to Canada and I will go there to live with her there..agar she likes it there then we can decide to live in Canada warna dekha jai ga...USA ka option is always open..ab embassy ko proof kerna tha ke i will move to Canada once my wife comes to Canada and i needed a little help with that...that's why i hired a lawyer...waisay i am a silent reader of this forum since this thread started...ab esse he thought ke join ker lon..I pray to Allah ke ap kai case mai koi rukawat na aye and u be with ur man soon..peace and salam..

Friends, come on as a Muslim we should understand our bhai problem at this critical time and should help him. Agr ik insaan apni biwi bacho se mil jata hy tu iss se ziyada koshi ki aur kya baat ho gi.

Among us atleast 20 peoples are from Canada, why don't we help by contributing what our $ we can. Shyed Allah ko hamari yahi naiki pasand aa jye. He is supporting his wife & baby from PK for the last 42 months with full CHC zulim and now the hope arrive but this lawyer became a roadblocker. Insani hamdardi be koi cheez hoti hy.
