i think so you did not provide sufficient information to chc about your inquiry.
contact chc again with this particular format

1. case file no
2. your full name
3. your date of birth
4. application date
5. tracking number (tcs/fedex)
6. passport number.

First check that in your previous email that by mistake you have written some info wrong if not then send in detail as @cheif described..........

I was also worried about my documents that I sent on 2nd April. I asked them and they did confirm accepting the package by sending the following standard reply.

In response to your email, please be informed that we have received your study permit application. It is currently in queue for review by an immigration officer.

If any further information is required you will be contacted. In the meantime, please wait patiently while the application is processed.

How will CHC Isb know which case are you referring too? They can not track it from your email address alone. Just write the information which chief has suggested at the top of your email. They will reply you back after 2 weeks approx.
