Dear Friends, I have just received medical and The Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) submission request from London immigration section. In this regards, please advise me. Can I make the Draft from my relative’s foreign currency bank account for Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) because I have no foreign currency bank account?

You can submit RPRF at any designated Standard Chareterd Bank also.

OP received Medical from London so he cannot deposit fee at Standard Chartered Bank. He need to have a bank draft in the name of Receiver General for Canada.

Dear Amir you cann't make your RPRF at Standard Chartered Bank you need to send a DD. so its better to get your DD from Dollar East
