By the grace of Almighty Allah Today i got PPR REquest via email (was thinking to send the inquiring email just open the email & found 2 new emails. one from yahoo calender and other was good news for me )

I have a question for you all. Kindly help me in this regard

In ppr request letter CHC ask to fill/give some information about you and your family i.e first Name, last name , passport expiry date ,etc

My question is which information i have to provide in Family name of my son
cuz
in our (myself & spouse) NIC and PAssport caste "Soomro" is written.

but in my son's birth certificate and passport caste was not included by mistake so in his passport it is written as Abdullah (LAst/family ) and Muhammad (first name)

what should i write in the that form

FAMILY NAME ABDULLAH
GIVEN NAME MUHAMMAD

OR

FAMILY NAME SOOMRO
GIVEN NAME MUHAMMAD ABDULLAH

WHO SIGN ON THE 2ND PAGE OF MY SON PASSPORT
A PUT SONS THUMB MARK
B SIGN MY SELF(FATHER SIGNATURE)

1) Given name...Muhammad and last name is Abdullah .Don't include any other word like soomro at this time.It might be added later on in CANADA

2)Child's mother has to sign in his passport

i got a call from chc islamabad to submit passport as i am waiting for ppr step 2 and i don't got an email from chc london of ppr step 2 but i got a call from chc islamabad to submit passport .What does it means ?
