Dear Ranaabdulsami best way for getting a bank draft is to contact any good bank, preferably a multinational like Standard Chartered, Barclays, Citibank, etc, but even national banks can get you a bank draft, only condition is to have a foreign currency account in any of these banks, if you don't have a foreign currency account, you can always get help from your friend/relative/colleague who has a a foreign currency account just give them the money and ask them to get a bank draft made. It happens every day, I know this because multiple persons of my family have immigrated to Canada, and I've personally done this exercise many times.

Some people say that in this way u will bear financial loss by exchange rates differences and bank charges etc... but i think this the best option and safe way to carry ur funds from ur own foreign currency account. One of my friend recently landed took his all money in cash.
