Each point of your application is wrong:
absolutely different education (medicine) and SUDDENLY the next one in Early childhood?
Very LOW IELTS. A course for SIX months and with weak English? Are you going to lake ESL and courses and all in 6 months? It all looks so weird...

Do you have any JOB history?

my course is one year certificate program .,,
English upgrading classes will take the basis of my ielts score..
i got LOA from university
i dnt have any job history,
i just completed my 12th ..
all in not 6 months dear..on my offer letter my estimate time of studies is two year..not 6 months

i said people got their visas with similar to my IELTS SCORE AND MEDICAL BACKGROUND STUDENTS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION,,WHY THEY ARE NOT REJECTED???
DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA

This topic is up to 4 pages with similar advice from few members but not seem acceptable to u bcos u compare urself with ur friends. Remember ur situation cannot be 100% same with theirs. So if u believe u stand a chance on the basis that ur friends were given on similar conditions and not on critical review of ur circumstances, then we can only wish u good luck.

i mean to say any kind of APPEAL to vfs office

should i apply with same corse in same intake ?? any chances

There is no re-opening of file, you cant appeal either.
If you believe you havent dont anything wrong by selecting this course and that your ielts are good enough then go ahead make a fresh application.
No one from here will say you will get visa or not.
We are not visa officers to say about your chances.
We can just give you advise.
Now do what you think is better for you and your future.

I don't think that you understood what the member was trying to say. I don't think that your profile is 100 percent same as your friends. there has to be some differences . i would like to give you some advice. first of all , get CAIPS notes they will tell you the exact reason why your application was refused. take care of these shortcomings and you will be alright; then you can think of applying again. Meanwhile you can try to upgrade your IELTS score.

Pls take it easy, there is nobody here to molest another one. What the fellow is saying is that u have had enough advise on this topic thread. All u need to do is to start all over again and beging to analyse each contribution to ur topic. I am very sure u will arrive at best decision at the end of it. So i will request u tender apology for the other fellow. This is necessary for friendship we have known for in this forum.

I suggest to improve ur ielts score and try again for jan session..
because in SPP checklist for UG courses they demand for no band less than 5.5 with overall 6..Maybe this can be the reason..

oh yes I forgot to mention that. by the way, hardeep bal, visa officer doesn't reveal the exact reason for refusal initially. they just use very general and broad reasons like in light of your academic background, language capabilities etc your visa is refused. you need to get CAIPS to know the "exact" reason.
