CHC Chandigarh:-Status Changed. Seems like rejection.

Today received a SMS from VFS mentioning that application has been released by CHC to delhi/Chandigarh centre on 24/08/2011.
Online status shows following:-
Processed Passport received at Chandigarh AC on 24/08/2011. Following documents are required for collection of the Passport:

Original Invoice cum Receipt
Passport copy

Note: Should you wish to get your passport collected by your representative, you are required to handover a authority letter duly signed by you along with a photo Identity proof of your representative(i.e. Driving license, Passport, or PAN card).

Reason why It's 100 rejection is that, I have not submitted medical with application. ;D.
Chalo ji Aapna ta hogya status clear, all the best for awaiting.

Another Update, just received the SMS, I need to collect the passport at VFS, Chandigarh between 8am to 10am and 4 to 5pm. Why haven't they dispatched it via bluedart?

bina medical to visa kive ho sakda , but kuch keh v nahi sakde bondli ta payi hai chc chd kujh v kar sakdi hai........

I applied on 27/July. Some companies of Chandigarh were/are involved in fake documents to CHC for various visas, even CHC has lodged a complaint against them, that's why there is delay in processing of applications.

Why haven't CHC dispatched the passport via bluedart? That's the doubt.I heard for medical the Original passport is required.

Medical is mandatory for studies of duration more than 6 months. I applied for 1 year program.Next intake is in Sept 2012.

22 it seems to be rejection.Without medical its not possible.Still we can hope for the best! Stay cool..!

Thanks for the supportive words. Yesterday I posted a message on fellow members thread whose visa has been dispatched,I wrote:- ajj neend aukhi auu. same this is applicable on me today.
Till the time I read rejection letter, a little hope stays alive. That The VFS has not dispatched the visa, instead asked me to collect it, there may be a slight chance of medical request.
What say guys?
I vote:- 99.5% rejection, 0.5% medical.
BTW, How does CHC asks for medical?How do they intimate?
