did u try calling high commission??? asking for update as the time frame is over

They are not open on saturday, but i still called ..it says I cant ask them about the status.. ya email I have done .. waitingg for a quick process.
usually it takes less amount of days .. i even have a visitors visa which is valid... I dont understand the delay; is it becuase it general category
