Your profile is pretty decent. However, the work exp. won't count as you need a minimum of 1-2 yrs exp. for it to be counted.
It all depends on the course you have chosen.

One needs a bit of luck too as I was rejected last time with a pretty good profile. ( 10th- 90% 12th- 85%, Btech 70%, IELTS- 8 Bands).
